1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 10 minutes of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.

- Once an order is processed or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable for orders cancelled within the allowed time frame or in case of incorrect/damaged products delivered.
- To request a refund, please provide your order details and reason for refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- No refunds will be provided for products that are delivered in good condition and as per order.
